Community Impact Project
At ACastillo.Events, we believe every celebration and community gathering has the power to make a lasting impact.
Each year, we proudly donate our time and event expertise to select nonprofit organizations that are making a difference in our community.
### What We Offer
Selected organizations may receive complimentary event services such as:
* Event coordination
* Event timeline creation
* Event setup assistance
* Decorating using available inventory
* Event logistics support
* Event consultation
Services are based on availability and the needs of each organization.
### Eligibility
Organizations must:
* Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
* Host an event that benefits the community.
* Submit an application at least 60 days before the event.
* Agree to allow ACastillo.Events to photograph the event for portfolio and marketing purposes.
* Recognize ACastillo.Events as an event partner when appropriate.
### Selection Criteria
Applications are evaluated based on:
* Community impact
* Financial need
* Mission alignment
* Event logistics
* Availability
Not all applications can be selected.
### Program Commitment
ACastillo.Events donates services to a limited number of nonprofit events each year to ensure every selected organization receives exceptional service.
